Tinnitus is not a disease but a symptom reflecting a range of disorders in the organism. Those disorders include but not limited to infections in ear, wax or even some objects in the ear, and injury due to loud noises. It also can be a side-effect of different medications, like aspirin.

Salt
Citrus fruits
Wheat products

These are just a few tips to help to cure your tinnitus. As with any health disorder it requires a long term commitment. If you just keep the diet right it will benefit immensely in your tinnitus condition.
